Business Development Manager
Summary:
We are looking for an exceptional Sales Executive to work in USA or telecommute to develop new client relationships and expand our client base. Our Account executives will work with the development team to drive technical account strategy, architect innovative solutions, and overcome technical obstacles to acquire new projects and new clientele. If you are a tech-savvy individual who enjoys working with diverse people and technology, we want to talk to you.
Ideal candidates must have a solid sales background and detailed technical knowledge of web technologies and Internet advertising. Candidates must also have excellent communications skills and extensive presales experience with small to medium sized companies.
If you are a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, market-driven environment, we are looking for you. We intend to solidify Ligature software’s web development, infrastructure and marketing solutions in the North America.
Responsibilities:
Initiate at least 50 outbound “cold” calls to businesses in the USA Daily
Prospecting (hunting), identifying key accounts and how to solve their business needs using Modern Imagination.
Pre-qualify clients to a level fit for a group presentation involving a project manager and our development team.
Utilize phone, email and web conferencing to effectively communicate our web development solutions to our customers.
Involve Project Management and Development to collaborate on estimate, proposals and final solutions.
Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering on improving existing products and developing new products.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills required.
5+ years of technical sales or field sales experience.
Experience with Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP and Microsoft Office (including Outlook configuration)
North America experience is a plus
Proven track record of selling solutions to small business.
Familiarity with Internet technology and graphic design.
Knowledge of web development language utilization would be a plus.
Experience working with external clients in a sales environment.
Ability to work independently.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills conducive to team development.
Ability to interface with development teams.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to travel locally

Compensation:
Basic Salary (According to Experience) + Commission
